I'm a professionally trained actor, produced screenwriter and festival Winning director. Plus Producer/Casting/Catering and Driver so I guess I'm essentially a 'filmmaker' which covers all the other hats you have to wear to get your projects done. I'm proud to call myself that too.

I've just launched my production company DogWillHaveHisDayFilms with it's debut short film "Not My Boy : A Ukrainian Story" about a mother and son fleeing Ukraine and coming to the U.K. Its doing the film festival circuit and currently has won two fest's (Liverpool Indie Festival & Caravan International Film Festival) plus a semi-finalist (FilmHaus) and a quarter-finalist (Lonely Wolf). I'll be rocking up to Liverpool next March to collect my award (usually I hate the pretentious term 'I rocked up' but I've won a film festival for the first time so literally; Rock'n'Roll Baby!).

You'll see me next on the telly in Episode 1 of Season 13 in BBC's 'Call The Midwife' (aired 07/01/24/iPlayer) playing the Police Sergeant.
